The Toledo Blade says: The propeller ONTARIO, laden with 260 tons of merchandise, bound for Toledo, that recently went ashore on the West Sister Island, was uninjured at last advices. The propellers PASSAIC and CANESTEO, of the new York & Erie Line, saw her, but could not get near enough to render her any assistance. The tug RHODES, with a schooner in tow for a lighter, was sent from Toledo to her assistance. She had pounded but little, when the Erie Line propellers passed her, and had no water in her hold.
