Brig RIO GRANDE, cargo wheat and flour, ashore at Port Colborne, Lake Erie.

We learn from dispatch to Capt. E.P. Dorr, dated Port Colborne, that the brig RIO GRANDE went ashore last night beyond the east pier. She was bound to Ogdensburg, and was loaded with wheat and flour. She is not leaking. Preparations are being made to light her.

By telegraph to the Board of Lake Underwriters we learn that the brig RIO GRANDE, bound for Oswego, laden with wheat and flour, went ashore at Port Colborne, beyond the East River, during the gale of Tuesday night.
