A Wreck :--- The schooner Alliance, Capt. Hamilton, of Toronto, with a cargo of flour and feed, consigned to B. Hagaman, of this city, while entering our harbor this morning in tow of a steam tug, soon after passing the piers parted her fastening to the tug, and was carried by the sea outside the east pier. Her sails having been lowered, she became unmanageable, and soon drifted on the rocks near the Fort, a heavy norwester blowing at the time, where she lies a perfect wreck. Her crew of eight men were got by means of a line from the shore. The vessel and cargo is an entire loss, but we learn is fully insured.
