FURTHER EFFECTS OF THE GALE. - Capt. Winchell, of the schooner LUMBERMAN, arrived here Sunday evening and reports his vessel ashore about a mile and a half below Grand River, Canada shore. The vessel was in ballast, and will be got off without much damage.
