Brig AMAZON, owned by M.B. Scott of this city, with a cargo of wheat from Chicago, bound to Buffalo, when off Grand River, about ten o'clock last night, was struck by a heavy squall, which carried away her fore-topmast, royal mast, yards and flying jib-boom. She made our harbor about ten o'clock this morning in a crippled conditiuon. Her cargo insured. - Cleveland herald 14th.
