COLLISION.----The schooner FLYING CLOUD, bound out, ran into the schooner
PIERPONT, loaded with wheat, belonging to William Lewis, coming in on Tuesday
night, off this port in a fog, raking her considerably, and carrying away some
of her sails and works. No leak was occasioned, and the cargo came in all safe
Oswego Palladium 17th.
