Steamer GREAT WESTERN, was in collision with Schooner J.W. BROWN; schooner damaged.

      The schooner J.W. BROWN, was run into last night about ten miles up the lake
by the steamer GREAT WESTERN, and damaged to a considerable extent. She was
towed into port by the GREAT WESTERN.
