ALBION Schooner, ashore on East Sister, Lake Erie. Property loss $5,000

The Detroit Advertiser of the 27th, says: The schooner ALBION, which went ashore on a reef north of the East Sister, Lake Erie, on Thursday night last, was got off last night and brought here to discharge, and go into dock for repairs. The vessel is not much damaged. The cargo - corn - about 8,000 bushels dry, and 3,000 bushels wet, is being discharged at Charles Howard's warehouse.
