PARKER, ELLEN Brig, and Schooner RAPID collided in Manitou Bay, the former sank. Hull $6,500, Cargo $16,000.

NOTE :- the property loss of $22,500 would be for both vessels, since there is no division of the loss suffered, the entire sum is credited against the ELLEN PARKER
