CAPSIZED. -- The bark NORMAN, belonging to the Reindeer Line, capsized at Bear Creek, on Saturday night. She was loading with timber, and had her cargo nearly in, when, as the workmen were engaged in getting a stick of timber in at the port hole in the stern of the vessel, the blankets used to keep the water from flowing in, became disengaged, and before they could be replaced, the water rushed in so as to cause the vessel to settle considerably, and she rolled over. The tug WHITNEY, with one of Palmer's steam pumps, and the schooner FLYING CLOUD, went to her assistance on Sunday, and she will probably be raised without much trouble. -- Detroit Tribune, 21.

CORRECTION. -- We publiched an item, yesterday morning, from the Detroit Advertiser, stating that the bark NORMAN had capsized and sunk. That paper has the following correction: -- The bark NORMAN, reported by us as having capsized near Bear Creek, should have been the NORTHERN LIGHT. The gentleman who gave us the intelligence, unluckily confounded the two vessels. - Extress.

RAISED. -- The bark NORTHERN LIGHT, which we noticed a few days since as having been capsized and sunk at Bear Creek, partially loaded with timber, has been raised by the aid of a steam pump. She will be in port today, on her way to Clayton. -- Detroit Adv. 31.
