Schooner ISAAC BUCHANAN, (C), burnt at Port Stanley. Property loss $6,000.

The schooner ISAAC BUCHANAN lying alongside the steamer FREE TRADER caught fire and burned to the waterline. Both vessels will be total losses in the harbour of Port Stanley. The fire started within the steamer and quickly spread to the BUCHANAN. (condensed)

FIRE AT PORT STANLEY. - We learn by a telegraph despatch addressed to Capt. J. N. Gardner, of this city, that the schooner ISAAC BUCHANAN which left this city on Sunday was burnt at Port Stanley, C. W., yesterday morning, and is a total loss. She was owned by a firm at London, and had no cargo on board. The fire also destroyed the steamer "FREE TRADER," three warehouses, and fourteen thousand bushels of wheat.

STEAMER AND SCHOONER DESTROYED BY FIRE. -- We learn, says the Express, by a special dispatch to Capt. J. N. Gardner, that the schooner ISAAC BUCHANAN and steamer FREE TRADER were totally destroyed by fire at Port Stanley, yesterday. Three warehouses and fourteen thousand bushels of wheat were also consumed.
