BELLE CITY Schooner, went ashore 14 miles from St. Joseph, Lake Michigan, cargo oats. Property loss $1,500

      Mr. John Berriman returned yesterday from a cruise along the east shore of the lake. He reports the schooner BELLE CITY ashore 12 miles below St. Joseph; the schooner COL. GLOVER ashore near the same place, and the schooner HIRONDELLE ashore about 8 miles below St. Joseph. They were not very badly on. -- Chicago Press, 24th.
