ASHORE. - We learn, says the Detroit Advertiser, that the Brig ROSCIUS went ashore on the East Sister reef, during the blow on Monday. She went hard on, near the wreck of the Bark CRAWFORD. She was bound down, grain loaded. Her captain was in town Tuesday, in search of a tug.

The brig ROSCIUS, bound for Buffalo with a cargo of wheat, ran on East Sister reef, night before last. The captain came up to the city yesterday for assistance. When he left the brig was lying easy, and no sea on. The tug RELIEF has gone down to her. She may have to be lighted, but the prospect seem fair for getting her safely off. - Detroit Tribune.

The RELIEF arrived here yesterday afternoon with the ROSCIUS in tow, having got her off the East Sister reef without difficulty. The brig has gone into Clark's dry dock to be overhauled. We understand she has sustained but slight damage, and that her wheat is entirely uninjured. - Detroit Tribune.
