PREMIER Schooner (C), cargo staves, sprang a leak, off Point Abino, Lake Erie, towed into Buffalo. Property loss $200.

FOUNDERED. -- The PREMIER, a Canadian schooner, bound from Chatham to this port, with a load of staves consigned to Messrs. Farmer & Scatchard, from some cause became water-logged and foundered in the little gale of yesterday near Point Abino. We have not yet been able to learn the particulars, except that no lives were lost, and that arrangements are being made for the removal of her cargo, which will be saved. Neither vessel or cargo was, we believe, insured here.
