SPRUNG A LEAK. - The brig OCEAN EAGLE, bound down, sprung a leak in her
plank sheers when off Thunder Bay Island, Wednesday morning. When the leak was
first discovered she had made 3 feet water and wet 2,000 bushels wheat. The
difficulty was temporarily remedied by caulking, and she reached here yesterday
and is now undergoing repairs. - Detroit Tribune.
