At a meeting of the "Seneca Lock Navigation Company," the 24th ult., the following gentlemen were chosen Directors for the ensuing year, viz, Elisha Williams, H.H. Bogert, Samuel Colt, W. Mynderse, Abraham Dox, Benjamin Day, F.A. De Zeng.

At a meeting of the Directors, the same day, H.H. Bogert was chosen President; Abraham Dox, Secretary; and Samuel Colt, Treasurer.
