Propeller KENTUCKY, lost her rudder on Lake Erie, Towed to Port Stanley.

      A PROPELLER IN TROUBLE. - By a telegraph despatch to Capt. Dorr, this
morning, we learn that the propeller KENTUCKY, bound from Port Stanley to
Toledo, lost her rudder some 14 miles off Port Stanley, and is now there in a
disabled condition. The tug RELIEF was sent from here to her assistance, this
noon.
