ON A REEF. -- We learn from a private telegraph, that the schooner ELLEN WILLIAMS with a cargo of 20,000 bushels of corn from Chicago to this port, consigned to A. J. Holt, is on Skilagalee reef, foot of Lake Michigan. We have no particulars.
