COLLISION. -- The schooner BEAVER, of Belleville, collided with an unknown propeller, bound up, last night, near Malden. The vessel was seriously damaged and was towed here for repairs.

COLLISIONS. -- A Canadian vessel, called the BEAVER, hailing from Bellville, was seriously damaged last night by some unknown propeller in the vicinity of Malden. The vessel was bound down with a cargo of grain from Chicago, consigned to Kingston. The propeller was bound up. At about ten o'clock at night the vessel was struck in the bows, taking everything out of her forward, and making a large opening through her knight-heads. Her damage will not vary far from $500. She has been towed to this port for repairs. A portion of her cargo will be discharged to make the necessary repairs without going into dry dock. --- Detroit Free Press.
