PLOVER Schooner, collided with the Propeller ELMIRA in Point Au Pelee Passage, North Passage. Propeller damaged $1,000

COLLISION. -- A slight collision took place a night or two since in Point au Pelee passage between the schooner PLOVER and the propeller ELMIRA, the former bound up and the latter bound down from Toledo. The vessel had her jibboom carried away, while the propeller's damages were trifling. The PLOVER repaired here yesterday and left last evening. -- Detroit Free Press.
