The schr. CHIEF JUSTICE MARSHALL is ashore between Barcelona and Dunkirk. Crew all lost. The schr. POST BOY is ashore 5 miles above Dunkirk. Crew saved The bark CONSTITUTION ran aground below this place some 10 days ago, was got off Sunday morning. The schr. RUGBY is a total wreck at the state line, and crew all lost.

The schooner E.C. WILLIAMS lost; a portion of her crew saved.
The schooner C. J. MARSHALL is ashore between Dunkirk and Barcelona. Crew lost.
The POST BOY is ashore above Dunkirk. Crew saved. *
The loss of the five Canadian scows and crews is confirmed.
The barque CONSTITUTION, that went ashore near Fairport, has been hauled off, and is being toWed to this port.

GONE TO PIECES. - The schooner POST BOY, which went ashore near Van Buren Point during the gale of the 2nd. inst., has gone to pieces. She was owned by E.A. Keys, of Conneaut, and was insured for about two-thirds of her value. Her anchors, chains, and a part of her rigging will be saved. The crew all saved.
Two other vessels, the CHIEF JUSTICE MARSHALL and the RUGBY, went ashore near the POST BOY, and were lost with all hands. - Cleveland Leader.
