THE LOST VESSEL. - A more minute detail of the vessel lost in Lake Erie, as noticed in our last issue, and which reached us in rather an indefinate shape, has come to hand. The name of the vessel, it appears, was the scow ADVANCE, of Fairport, Ohio, and her cargo, 100 tons of coal for a firm in Detroit. The collision which was with an unknown craft, took place on Monday night, she having sailed from Cleveland the night previous. The crew saved themselves by the small boat. The ADVANCE was owned by Gallucia & Barnes, of Fairport, and was uninsured. - Detroit Post.
