TWO BROTHERS Scow, ran into Port Huron dock and sunk; raised.

On Monday (7/17), while the scow TWO BROTHERS was sailing down the river
with a good breeze, she was struck by a squall from the north. Her sheet rope
parted and she was driven upon the spiles south of Butler Street dock. A large
hole was punched in her bow, which caused her to fill instantly with water. Her
jibboom was broken. She has been hauled out on the timbers at that point, and
will be immediately repaired. - Port Huron Times, 20th.
