ARRIVED AT DETROIT. - The Barks SUNRISE and ONONDAGA, reported ashore a few days since, have been relieved and taken to Detroit for repairs.

      . . . . .

THE BARK SUNRISE A TOTAL LOSS. - this vessel, it appears, was one of the number which went ashore at the lower end of Lake Huron last week, during the gale and the smoke. A party who was in the vicinity of the vessel on Monday informs the Detroit Post that she is stranded among rocks and boulders on the Canada side of the lake, about eight miles from Point Edward. Her cargo of wheat had begun to swell and to spread her sides. The revenue cutter FESSENDEN dispatched a cutter to see if any assistance could be rendered to the SUNRISE, but she was to hard on to admit any hope of her rescue.

      . . . . .

SAVED. - The schooner SUNRISE, which on Monday was supposed to be hopelessly beached, six or eight miles above Point Edward, was pulled off on Tuesday by the tug BROCKWAY. As stated yesterday, her cargo of grain had swollen, so that she is now hogged and out of shape. Her cargo is not a total loss, as rumored on the dock. It was being discharged yesterday at Walkertown, as that of the MONTMORENCY was a few days previously, for the purpose of drying. The escape of the SUNRISE from destruction borders on the miraculous.
