WATERLOGGED. - The steam barge B.W. JENNESS, which left Saginaw with six barges in tow, encountered unusually rough weather on the passage. Two of the barges in the tow, the ST. CLAIR and WINDSOR, became waterlogged, the former losing a portion of her deckload.
