A COLLISION AT THE FLATS. - A collision took place yesterday at the St. Clair Flats, the names being given as the bark BISSELL and the schooner ROGERS. The BISSELL, it appears, grounded in the new channel, where the collision took place, doing considerable damage to her quarter. The ROGERS had all her head gear carried away, besides other damages of a less character. - Det. Post, 24th
