Propeller ZOUAVE, lost rudder in Lake Erie, and was towed to Detroit.

      LOST HER RUDDER. - The tug ZOUAVE is reported to have lost her rudder in Lake Erie, and was lying at one of the Islands waiting to be towed to Toledo.
