Marine Intelligence. - A meeting of the masters and owners of vessels, was held at Chicago on Saturday last, for the purpose of establishing a regular and uniform rate of seamen's wages, for the ensuing spring. Masters of vessels from Buffalo, Cleveland, Oswego, Detroit and Chicago, were present at the meeting. Among the resolutions passed we find the following, which may be interesting to mariners sailing out of this port: -

"Resolved. That seamen's wages be established for the ensuing spring at $25 per month for the run to Buffalo or Oswego, or other ports on the lower lakes, and $20 per month for the run round."
