PACIFIC Propeller. Home port, Detroit. June 22, 1884, Propeller stranded in Lake Superior; Got off. Hull loss $1,000. Insurance $30,000.

      A special despatch to the Commercial dated Port Huron, this afternoon says: The prop. PACIFIC ran ashore on the reef at the lower end of Whiskey Bay, L.S., and was a foot out when the stmb. H.B. TUTTLE passed her. The tug SWAIN, who was near her, towing a raft, went to work on her.
