ENGLAND, W.R. Propeller. collided with the Schooner A.C. MAXWELL on the Sault Ste Marie River, Mich., Nov. 5, 1908. No lives lost, but the Schooner was a total loss.
      Loss of U.S.Vessels Reported in
      Fiscal Year 1909. M.V.U.S. 1909


Steam screw R.W. ENGLAND. U. S. No. 200948. Of 3,887 tons gross; 2,935 tons net. Built Ecorse, Mich., 1904. Home port, Cleveland, Ohio. 362.8 x 50.2 x 29.0 Steel built. Passenger service. Crew of 21. 900 indicated horsepower.
