      ----------

Cleveland, April 19, 11 P.M.----The steamer OREGON in the storm yesterday lost her smoke pipe off fairport. Her sails were split and she became almost completely unmanagable. She drifted however, before the wind, westerly till this morning, when she lost the use of her rudder. It was a terrible night to all on board, and she was given up for lost. Today she rode out the gale and this evening arrived in Cleveland Harbor.
