NOV. 13 -- Schooner ARGO, at Amherstburg. Crew saved.

NOTE:- The Inter Ocean Total Loss List for 1882, pasted in Hall's Scrapbook, had been edited by someone, [unknown], who did not agree with the total loss of the CITY OF TOLEDO as indicated by an X beside the entry ?




      Captain Spence had a steam pump at work on the Schooner ARGO Tuesday, and on Wednesday diver Quinn went down and closed one of the cabin windows, and it was expected to have her up yesterday. Amherstburg Report.

The Schooner ARGO, sunk at the Lime Kilns last fall, was raised on the 22nd. inst., with the aid of two steam pumps. She was seized by the wreckers and will be sold. - Kingston Report
