Steam screw PERE MARQUETTE 8. Official U. S. Number 95952. Of 691 Gross Tons. Built 1888. On Oct. 26, 1927 vessel burned at Lake Manistee, Mich. on Lake Michigan, and was considered a total loss. No lives lost.
