EMPIRE Steamer, which left for Sandusky yesterday afternoon, was towed back to port by the Steamer EMERALD, in consequence of her flues having burnt out soon after leaving the dock. She will be ready to leave on her regular time, Thursday next. --- Cleveland Plains Dealer. 23rd.
