PILGRIM Schooner, Capt. Davison, bound for Oswego, went on a reef of rocks at 3-30 A.M.,23rd., about 7 miles west of Grand River, C.W.,some 5 miles from shore. Advice from the Captain, 10-00 P.M. same day, says she has broken off her keel and some of her bottom, and had then 4 feet of water in her hold. Vessel was owned by P. Durfee & Co., of this city, and H.C. Walker & Co. of Milan, Ohio, and was fully insured. Cargo 8,000 bushels of wheat from Milan. The Steamer WATERLOO, lying at Grand River was engaged together with a Schooner, to go to her relief. The crew all safe and the vessel abandoned to the Underwriters
