NORMANDIE Steamer, sudden stranding of Barge IRON CLIFF on a shoal spot near Point Edward, St. Clair River, Oct. 23, 1915 which was the tow of the NORMANDIE, pulled out the Steamer's Tow Post and disabled her steering gear
