Wrecks On The Upper Lakes - Passengers from the Upper Lakes report several vessels driven ashore in the late gales. The Schooner OTTAWA, W. G. BUCKNER, and the VIRGINIA of Lake Ontario, are said to be ashore near Michigan City.
