Ther Schooner CITY OF GREEN BAY, which was wrecked on Thunder Bay Island about two weeks ago, is still in drydock undergoing repairs. She was damaged to the extent of $9,000, and was insured for $10,000. It is stated there is a prospect of the Underwriters paying the amount of the insurance and selling the vessel for whatever she will bring. Captain Elphicke, of Chicago, is her owner, and has gone to Port Huron to look after her.

The schooner CITY OF GREEN BAY, coal-loaded, which got ashore on Thunder Bay Island, Lake Huron, was not in bad condition at last accounts. A tug has left Detroit [the SWAIN], with steam pump, hawsers, and a diver to rescue her. The CITY OF GREEN BAY is a fine three-masted schooner of 346 tons. She was built at Green Bay by Anderson in 1872, rates A 2, and is valued at $16,000. Captain C.W. Elphicke, of Chicago, is the owner. Vessel and cargo are insured.

The schooner CITY OF GREEN BAY has been rescued, and the tug SWAIN will tow her through to Sheboygan. She is leaking badly, and a steam pump is on board.
