NOTE:- The ERIE BELLE, was rebuilt in 1880

     
Port Burwell, July 15 - Another splendid new schooner, built by G.W. Pontin for Messrs. Youell & Capt. C. McDermand, was successfully launched here today. She was named the ERIE BELLE, is full canal size, and is staunch and elegantly modelled.
