Mr. Rush, who has the contract for releasing the 2 barges stranded at Pt. Abino, says the MCGILVERY is on the ways and ready to be launched as soon as the ice disappears from the shore. He is now procuring blocking and tackle with which to raise the T.H. ORTON.
