We learn that the barge DICTATOR of Buffalo, light, went ashore yesterday at Pigeon Bay, but that she will be got off with slight damage.

A dispatch from Toledo says nothing further has been heard concerning the barge DICTATOR, which was cast adrift by the prop. PORT HURON off the West Sister Monday night. When last seen she was riding at anchor and drifted out of sight. The DICTATOR had on board Capt. O.V. Harding of Buffalo; Morris Baker, seaman, and 3 other names unknown, 2 of them from Toledo.
