As the schooner GENERAL HUNTINGTON was getting under weigh, at Black Rock, on Friday last, with several Irish families passengers, a child about 5 years of age fell overboard, and although considerable exertions were made to save it, was unfortunately drowned. -- Buffalo Nov. 9th. 1819
