PORTSMOUTH Propeller, damaged by collision with schooner BAY CITY, May 1866. Property loss $100

COLLISION.--The Schooner BAY CITY collided with the Propeller PORTSMOUTH, early last evening, near the entrance to the Bayou. The PORTSMOUTH had a portion of her bulwarks stove in, one hog-post broken and one hog rod badly bent. The accident detained her in port until this morning. Damage about $100.
