BARK OCEAN WAVE. - The Board of Lake Underwriters report the bark OCEAN WAVE capsized near Chamber's Island, on the 27th, ult; she sank with her cargo of powder, and is a total loss.

LOSS OF THE BARK OCEAN WAVE. -From the Green Bay Press, of Saturday, we learn that the bark OCEAN WAVE was capsized by a squall on Thursday afternoon last, between Chambers' Island and Menominee, and sank in ninety feet of water. The crew reached Menominee in safety. The OCEAN WAVE had on board 200 kegs of powder from Buffalo, and was going to Menominee to load with lumber. She is a total loss.
