VESSEL RAISED. - The schooner GEN. SIGEL, which sank with a cargo of coal down near the Clay Banks, has been raised by the tug J.U. MASTERS and brought to this port. She is now in dry dock undergoing reapirs. Her damages are not serious. - Detroit Free Press, 4th.
