CLAYTON BELLE Schooner, damaged by collision with Schooner CULVER, in the Straits, July 1866. Property loss $350

The schooners CULVER and CLAYTON BELLE collided in the Straits on the 4th. The CILVER lost her head gear and the CLAYTON BELLE her mainsail and main boom. They parted immediately, and what further damage occurred is not yet known. - Mil. Wisconsin.
