      BARK S.V.R. WATSON. - We were informed by the Board of Lake Underwriters that the bark S.V.R. WATSON went ashore a day or two since, at Point au Sauble, Lake Michigan, and that she is full of water.

      BARK S.V.R. WATSON SAFE. - The bark S.V.R. WATSON arrived here yesterday in tow of the tug G.W. WOOD, of Chicago. She was rescued from her perilous position on Point Sauble during Sunday evening, after having thrown overboard some 20,000 bushels. She leaks badly, and has on board the large rotary pump of the Home Insurance Co., which is required to keep her free of water. After discharging the balance of her cargo she will go into dry dock for repairs. She is insured in three companies, the Home. Aetna and Western of Buffalo. Her cargo is fully insured. What remains in the vessel is in bad condition. - Milwaukee Sentinel.
