The consorts of the tug JOSEPH GOLDSMITH, the barges CITY OF TWO RIVERS and No. 1, dragged their anchors and went on the beach at Jacksonport at daylight Monday morning. They were scuttled when they struck the beach. The tugs SPALDING and GOLDSMITH will attempt their release.
