The steamer MISSISSIPPI due here yesterday morning, did not reach her dock until 7 o'clock last evening. On coming out of Sandusky Bay on Monday evening she grounded on the bar, and did not get off until 4 o'clock yesterday morning. The propeller CINCINNATI went to her assistance and took off most of her cargo of flour &c., to lighten her.
