The propeller CINCINNATI, in clearing the harbor, yesterday, broke her shaft and drifted upon the Peninsula banks. The St.NICHOLAS went to her aid; and, hauling her off, placed her in the channel for the towage of the BAY CITY.----Sandusky Register
